When he’s not busy making toys, he loves to read all the children’s letters, sip hot chocolate and spend time with his beloved Mrs Claus affectionately known as Mother Christmas.

Mother Christmas is the enchanting wife of Father Christmas. Together they live at the North Pole where she helps look after all the reindeer and the families of the many helpers who make all the toys in time for delivery on Christmas Eve.

Known for her warm smile, nurturing spirit and heart-warming stories, she makes sure every toy is made with love and care. She brings the joy of Christmas to life, creating a magical atmosphere at the North Pole for the reindeer, elves and everyone who calls to visit.

She is an expert in holiday traditions and can often be found perfecting her best gingerbread cookie recipe, to share with everyone with a glass of milk or hot chocolate.

Tinsel McJolly is one of Father Christmas’s most trusted elves. He is in charge of toy creation, and is known for his playful antics and creative flare which keeps the workshop buzzing with excitement.

Tinsel is the most spirited and mischievous elf at the North Pole, he loves a good practical joke, and is always the life and soul of the party, and can sometimes be found in the most whimsical situations, trying to outsmart the reindeer, or leading a merry sing-a-long. 

He has a heart full of joy and a twinkle in his eye, he brings laughter and cheer to anyone who encounters him. He can't wait to meet you and share the magic of Christmas.
